Cooking equipment required : Big bowl, sieve, steamer and Broad non-stick  pan.

Ingredients:

• ½ cups jowar flour
• 2 cups chopped fenugreek leaves
• A pinch of turmeric powder
• 2 teaspoon coriander powder
• 1 teaspoon oil
• 1 ½ cup bajra flour
• A pinch of asafoetida
• ½ teaspoon green chilli paste
• Salt as per taste

To make tempering

• 1 teaspoon oil
• ½ teaspoon cumin seeds
• ½ teaspoon mustard seeds
• 8 to 10 curry leaves

Procedure:

1. Mix all the ingredients in a big bowl. Knead to make a semi soft dough with water as required.
2. Divide this dough into 2 portions and shape each portion into a long cylindrical roll
3. Place both the rolls in a sieve and place the sieve in a steamer. Now, steam it for 15 minutes on medium flame.
4. Remove the sieve from the steamer and set it aside to cool completely. Cut 1” pieces from each roll.
5. Now make a tempering by heating oil in a broad non-stick pan. Add mustard seeds and cumin seeds. Allow them to crackle.
6. Add curry leaves and stir for 10 seconds.
7. Add the muthia pieces to this tempering and toss the muthias well. Cook them for 4 to 5 minutes on slow flame keep tossing them intermittently.
8. Serve hot.
